Clean Water Supply

We supply clean, treated and safe piped water to all connected households in our eight service zones. Our water undergoes regular quality testing to ensure it meets all health standards.

New Water Connections

We facilitate new water connections for households within our service area. Apply today and our technical team will survey and install your connection.

Maintenance & Repairs

Our trained technicians are available to repair burst pipes, faulty meters, and any water infrastructure issues. Report any problem and we respond within 24 hours.

Water Quality Testing

Regular water quality testing is conducted at our source, treatment points and distribution network to ensure the water meets WHO and Kenya Bureau of Standards.

Meter Reading & Billing

Monthly meter reading and billing for metered connections. Our transparent billing system ensures you only pay for what you consume.

Reconnection Services

If your water supply has been disconnected due to non-payment, you can apply for reconnection after settling your outstanding balance and reconnection fee.

Water Conservation

We promote responsible water use through community education programs, leak detection and water-saving initiatives to protect our water resources.

Customer Support

Our dedicated customer support team is available Mon–Fri 8am–5pm and Saturday 8am–1pm to assist with all inquiries, complaints and service requests.

2. Site Survey
Our technical team visits your property to assess feasibility.
3. Pay Connection Fee
Pay the required connection fee via M-Pesa or at our offices.
4. Installation
Our team installs the pipe, meter and connection point.
5. Meter Reading
Your meter is registered and monthly billing begins.
6. Enjoy Clean Water
Start enjoying clean, reliable piped water in your home!
